Deposits secure capacity and operational planning. Because guest numbers are limited, deposit terms apply to all confirmed reservations.
Bookings
Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by El Fuego. Final joining instructions may be shared close to the event date.
Deposits
Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated, but date transfers may be considered where operationally possible.
Private Hire
Private events are agreed under a separate scope, quote, and event-specific terms where relevant.
